Viva Stretch Membership & Package Cancellation Policy
At Viva Stretch, we’re committed to helping you feel your best-and we aim to keep everything simple, transparent, and fair.
Membership Billing
All memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew on your original sign-up date. Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage. You’ll continue to have access to your sessions throughout your active period, including during the cancellation notice window.
Minimum Commitment Plans
Some of our memberships come with a minimum commitment period (generally 6 months commitment period, unless otherwise agreed in writing) to help you achieve the best results.
- During this initial commitment period, your membership remains active and cannot be canceled early.
- This structure is designed to support consistent progress in your flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
How to Cancel a Membership
After the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled (if applicable), memberships may be canceled with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the next renewal date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to vivastretchjax@gmail.com.
- Your membership will remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period.
Viva Stretch Packages
We also offer packages for added flexibility and value.
- All package sales are final and cannot be canceled.
- Package fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether credits are used.
- All credits included in a package must be used within the specified validity period associated with that package.
