Cancellation Policy

Viva Stretch Memberships auto-renew monthly on the original purchase date. All membership fees are non-refundable regardless of Viva Stretch service being used. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of any membership. Please email vivastretchjax@gmail.com to cancel your membership thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

Viva Stretch Package sales are final and cannot be cancelled. All Package fees are non-refundable regardless of credit usage. All credits included in a package need to be used within the stipulated time period of the package.
