Let’s be proactive about preventing injuries.

Our Recovery Tools

Cupping / Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization / Dry Needling / Compression Boots / Massage Guns.

Cupping

Traditional therapy where cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This suction is believed to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (scraping)

A manual therapy technique used by healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries. It involves the use of specially designed instruments to detect and treat areas of scar tissue or adhesions in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Dry Needling

A technique used by healthcare professionals to treat muscle pain, tightness, and dysfunction. Involves inserting thin needles into trigger points, or areas of tightness or knots. The goal of dry needling is to release tension in the muscle and improve blood flow, which can alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing. It is part of a comprehensive treatment plan for musculoskeletal conditions such as chronic pain ,sports injuries, and overuse injuries.

Compression Boots
and Massage Guns

Compression Boots sequentially apply air pressure to the legs enhancing circulation, reducing muscle soreness and fatigue, improving lymphatic drainage, and enhancing recovery. Massage Guns are handheld devices designed to provide deep tissue massage and muscle relaxation. Through percussive movements, the guns promote muscle relaxation, increased blood flow, break up knots and adhesions, pain relief, and enhanced recovery.
